限进介质-分子印迹聚合物(RAM-MIPs)作为一种新型功能材料,由于其能同时实现生物大分子(蛋白、核酸、腐殖酸)的排阻和待测物的选择性富集,现已广泛地应用于药物分析样品前处理中。本文系统地介绍了限进介质-分子印迹聚合物合成、分类及其在药物分析的样品前处理应用中的装置,并通过介绍其在药物分析样品前处理的应用实例,对其应用范围及发展现状进行分析。

Restricted access material-molecularly imprinted polymers (RAM-MIPs) as a new functional material,has been widely applied in the sample preparation of pharmaceutical analysis,because of its ability to exclude macromolecules (such as proteins,nucleic acid,and humic acid) and selectively retain the target analytes. In this article,the chemical synthesis,categories and devices of the application of RAM-MIPs in sample preparation of pharmaceutical analysis are introduced. By presenting its application sample preparation of pharmaceutical analysis,the range and recent development of RAM-MIPs are also reviewed.
