抑郁症患者生物标志物检测技术的研究进展

抑郁症是一种持续性的心境障碍,有很高的终身患病率,至今还没有客观的实验室诊断方法。寻找特异的抑郁症生物标志物有助于预测疾病的发展,并可为早期预防与治疗提供支持。本文总结了近几年用于研究抑郁症生物标志物的样品前处理和检测技术,分析了各种技术的特点,并对潜在的生物标志物及其分析检测方法进行综述。

Major depressive disorder is a persistent mood disorder with a high lifelong prevalence rate,and there is no objective laboratory diagnosis till now. Identifying specific biomarkers of depression is helpful in predicting the disease progression and support early prevention and treatment. This article summarizes the sample pretreatment,detection techniques and the characteristics of various techniques used to study biomarkers of depression in recent years,and reviews the potential biomarkers and their analytical and detection methods.
