复合膜包装对清喉利咽颗粒中挥发性成分薄荷脑的吸附研究

目的:建立薄荷脑的气相色谱含量测定方法,以考察复合膜包装对清喉利咽颗粒中挥发性成分薄荷脑的吸附。方法:采用HP-Innowax毛细管柱(长30 m,柱径0.25 mm,涂布厚度0.15μm),柱温110℃,进样口温度200℃,检测器温度220℃,载气为氮气,流速1.0 mL·min-1,分流比10:1。结果:薄荷脑在0.7816~19.5400μg·mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9999),复合袋包装上转移的薄荷脑回收率为94.2%,清喉利咽颗粒中薄荷脑回收率为94.0%;12个单剂量包装药品中,迁移至复合膜包装袋上的薄荷脑含量占药品总量比为31.9%~58.2%,平均45.6%。结论:清喉利咽颗粒的复合膜袋包装对其挥发性成分薄荷脑存在较大的吸附。

Objective: To establish a GC method for determination of menthol, so as to investigate the adsorption of volatile component menthol in composite packing bag of Qinghou Liyan granules. Methods: The HP-Innowax capillary column (30 m×0.25 mm×0.15 μm)was used. The column temperature was 110℃, the inlet temperature was 200℃ and the detector temperature was 220℃. Nitrogen was selected as the carrier gas with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the split flow ratio was 10:1. Results: Menthol showed good linearity of menthol at concentration of 0.781 6-19.540 0 μg·mL-1 (r2=0.999 9). The recoveries of menthol in composite packing bag and in granules were 94.2% and 94.0%, respectively. In 12 single dose packaging drugs, the menthol in composite packing bag accounted for 31.9%-58.2% of the total and the average was 45.6%. Conclusion: There is a significant adsorption of menthol in composite packing bag of Qinghou Liyan granules.
