应用近红外光谱技术快速评价牛黄清胃丸质量

目的:探讨近红外光谱技术在中药快速质量评价中的应用。方法:采集牛黄清胃丸的漫反射光谱,结合相似度匹配算法建立品种的真伪鉴别模型,结合偏最小二乘算法建立水分、果糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖的多成分含量测定模型。结果:所有牛黄清胃丸样品相似度均高于90,模拟伪品相似度均低于90,定性分析模型误判数为0。水分、果糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖的定量分析模型的预测均方差分别为0.65%、0.85%、1.04%、0.08%。结论:所建方法简便、快速、无损,可用于牛黄清胃丸的真伪鉴别,水分含量测定和辅料的质量控制,为近红外光谱技术在中药分析领域的应用提供了新的思路。

Objective:To explore application of near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)in rapid quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Methods:Diffuse reflectance spectra of Niuhuang Qingwei pills were collected,and model for sample identification was established by similarity match method,and multi-component determination of water,fructose,glucose and maltose were constructed with partial least square analogue. Results:The similarity values of all the Niuhuang Qingwei pills were above 90 and those of the simulated counterfeits were below 90. The results indicated that no misclassified sample was detected by qualitative model. And the root mean square error of prediction of the quantitative models for water,fructose,glucose and maltose were 0.65%,0.85%,1.04% and 0.08%,respectively. Conclusion:The proposed methods are simple,fast,non-destructive and applicable for authentication of Niuhuang Qingwei pills,water determination and quality control of excipients,which offer a new approach for application of NIRS in TCM analysis.
