枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒(妈咪爱)4种给药方式的比较

目的:探讨枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒(妈咪爱)的最佳给药方式。方法:摸拟枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒的给药过程,在枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒、温开水+枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒、牛奶+枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒和葡萄糖酸锌口服溶液+枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒中分别加入人工胃液,观察枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒中2种益生菌的体外活性。在葡萄糖酸锌口服溶液中加入屎肠球菌R-026,观察屎肠球菌R-026的体外活性。结果:枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒在牛奶+人工胃液中见2种菌落生长,菌落数大于加入量且4 h内渐增;在人工胃液、温开水+人工胃液和葡萄糖酸锌口服溶液+人工胃液中仅见枯草芽孢杆菌R-179,菌落数明显小于加入量且4h内渐少;人工胃液组的菌落数小于温开水+人工胃液组,但差异不明显;葡萄糖酸锌口服溶液+人工胃液组的菌落数均小于人工胃液组且与葡萄糖酸锌口服溶液的剂量,呈负相关。屎肠球菌R-026在葡萄糖酸锌口服溶液中的菌落数小于加入量且4 h内渐少。3个批号的枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒各实验组结果无明显差异。结论:人工胃液、葡萄糖酸锌口服溶液对2种益生菌有抑制作用,牛奶对2种益生菌有增菌作用;枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒与葡萄糖酸锌口服溶液不能同时服用;枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒与牛奶同服是最佳的给药方式。

Objective: To explore the reasonable drug delivery way of live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamins (Medilac-vita). Methods: Simulate drug administration process of live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamins using different ways, put artificial gastric juice in live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines, warm water + live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines,milk + live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines and zinc gluconate oral solution+ live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines, to observe the activity of Enterococcus faecium R-026 and Bacillus subtilis R-179 in vitro. Put Enterococcus faecium R-026 in zinc gluconate oral solution,to observe the activity of Enterococcus faecium R-026 in vitro. Resluts: Put live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines containing 1.99×103-3.46×103 CFU in milk + artificial gastric juice, there are Enterococcus faecium R-026 and Bacillus subtilis R-179, the bacteria count is more than that added,and gradually increase within 4 hours. There is only Bacillus subtilis R-179, when put live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules containing 1.99×104-3.46×104 CFU in artificial gastric juice, warm water + artificial gastric juice and zinc gluconate oral solution + artificial gastric juice, the bacteria count is less than that added, and decrease within 4 hours. The bacteria count in artificial gastric juice is less than that in warm water + artificial gastric juice, but the difference is not significant, and in zinc gluconate oral solution + artificial gastric juice less than in artificial gastric juice. The bacteria count has negative correlation with the dose of zinc gluconate oral solution. Put Enterococcus faecium R-026 containing 542-1 496 CFU in zinc gluconate oral solution,bacteria count is less than that added and decrease within 4 hours. The result of each test group of three batches of live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines have no significant difference. The bacteria counts of milk + artificial gastric juice group of three batches in 4 hours increase 15.32%,24.62%,21.32%,respectively. The bacteria counts of artificial gastric juice group of three batches in 4 hours reduce 92.69%, 93.70%, 92.18%, respectively;warm water + artificial gastric juice group reduce 92.54%,93.56%,91.99%;and zinc gluconate oral solution + artificial gastric juice group with the dose from small to large,reduce 94.63%,95.06%,95.26%;94.94%,95.20%,95.64%;95.34%,95.88%,96.09%; 95.66%,97.10%,97.21%;zinc gluconate oral solution + Enterococcus faecium R-026 group with the dose from small to large,reduce 57.38%,59.69%,73.23%;71.96%,71.72%,75.92%;77.49%,74.87%,79.09%;100.00%,90.57%, 94.96%. Conclusion: Artificial gastric juice and zinc gluconate oral solution have inhibitory effect on two kinds of probiotics,while milk could increase its activity. Live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines can't be taken with zinc gluconate oral solution. Live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines with milk is the best way of drug administration.
