近红外光谱法鉴别聚丙烯输液瓶输液袋中SEBS的研究

目的:建立一种可快速鉴别检测聚丙烯输液瓶和袋中是否含有苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)的近红外光谱分析方法。方法:以不含有SEBS的聚丙烯膜为建模样品,以不同含量的SEBS聚丙烯膜为验证样品,矢量归一、导数预处理光谱,建模谱段为6 051~5 970 cm-1,4 724~4 539 cm-1,建立一致性检验模型。结果:建立的一致性检验模型测定37批聚丙烯输液瓶、袋,其中有34批样品未检出SEBS,3批检出SEBS。结论:本文通过建立近红外光谱分析法,可快速鉴别检测聚丙烯输液瓶和袋中是否含SEBS,检测结果准确、可靠,该法具有一定的应用价值和科研价值。

Objective: To develop a near infrared spectroscopy(NIR)method for the identification of styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer(SEBS)in polypropylene infusion bottles and bags.Methods: In order to establish the consistency test model,the polypropylene film without SEBS were used as the modeling samples and the samples containing different amounts of SEBS were used as the validation samples.The spectra were pre-processed by vector homing and derivative,and the spectrum range value from 6 051 to 5 970 cm-1,from 4 724 to 4 539 cm-1 were selected for identification model development.Results: The established consistency test model was used to determine 37 batches of polypropylene infusion bottles or bags,of which 34 batches of samples were not detected SEBS.SEBS were detected in 3 batches of samples.Conclusion: In this paper,near-infrared spectroscopy was used to detect the presence of SEBS in polypropylene infusion bottles and bags.The results were accurate and reliable.The method has certain application value and scientific research value.
