电感耦合等离子质谱是一种常用的元素分析方法,具有检出限低、准确度高、动态线性范围宽且多种元素同时测定等优点,在药物分析领域的应用中发挥着重要作用。本文综述了近年来电感耦合等离子质谱在药物分析中的应用现状,主要包括微量元素含量测定、有害重金属元素分析、元素形态分析、药物代谢和药物动力学研究、生物样品分析、药品质量控制等方面,并对这一分析方法作了展望。

Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is a common method for element analysis with many advantages,such as low detection limit,high accuracy,wide dynamic linear range and simultaneous determination of multiple elements,etc.,which plays an important role in pharmaceutical analysis fields.This paper reviewed the application situation of ICP-MS in the domestic pharmaceutical analysis,mainly including content determination of trace elements,analysis of heavy metal elements,elemental speciation analysis,drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics,biological sample analysis and quality control of drugs,etc,and described the prospect of the development of this technique.
