硫熏是药材杀虫防霉养护方法之一,但过度硫熏会影响药材品质,从而影响药材药效和安全。对硫熏药材进行检控是保证药材安全、有效的前提。本文对当前硫熏药材检控方法进行评述,特别对SO2残留量等检控方法存在的不足进行了较深入分析,对硫熏药材特征标志物检控方法研究以及硫熏药材检控指标选择策略进行探讨,为深入研究硫熏药材检控方法和修订检控标准提供新思路。

Sulfur fumigation has been used to kill insect and anti-mildew for conserving Chinese medicinal herbs.However,excessive sulfur-fumigation affected the quality of the herbs,consequently their efficacy and safety.So inspecting sulfur-fumigated herbs is crucial to ensure the safety and efficacy of the medicinal herbs.In this paper,the current methods for inspecting sulfur-fumigated herbs were reviewed;in particular,the shortage of the sulfur dioxide residue test methods was critically commented.Furthermore,the possibility of using sulfur-fumigation induced characteristic chemical markers as reference compounds as well as the strategy of selecting the markers for specifically inspecting sulfur-fumigated herbs were extensively discussed,so as to provide new ideas for establishing or revising the standards for controlling the quality of sulfur-fumigated herbs.
