微乳毛细管电动色谱技术在黄酮类化合物分析中的研究进展

微乳毛细管电动色谱(microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography,MEEKC)是20世纪90年代在胶束电动毛细管色谱基础上发展起来的以微乳为背景电解质(back-ground electrolyte,BGE),以电压为驱动力的一种较为新型的电泳分离模式。该文对微乳液的组成、MEEKC的分离原理、MEEKC与胶束毛细管电动色谱(micellar electrokinetic chromatography,MEKC)异同和影响MEEKC分离的因素进行了综述并对MEEKC在黄酮类化合物中的应用进行了总结,包括样品在线预浓缩技术和微乳体系中新型添加剂的使用。指出了目前MEEKC研究中存在的一些问题,对今后的研究发展方向进行了展望。

Microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography was developed on the basis of micellar electrokinetic chromatography in the 1990s, which was a new mode of CE that utilized microemulsion(ME)as the back-ground electrolyte(BGE), voltage as the driving force to achieve separation of a diverse range of analytes. This review detailed the compositions of microemulsion, separation principles, comparison of MEEKC and micellar electrokinetic chromatography(MEKC), and the effect of operating parameters in MEEKC;meanwhile summarised the application of MEEKC in flavonoids, which included the application of online preconcentration techniques and the use of novel additives to the ME system. This review also pointed out some problems existing in the current research of MEEKC, and prospected the direction of research and development in the future.
