1α,25-二羟基维生素D3(1α,25-(OH)2 D3)是维生素D体内代谢的重要活性物质,被证实与多种疾病的生理病理进程相关。操作简单且高灵敏度的1α,25-(OH)2 D3生物样品含量测定方法的开发有很高的科研和临床应用价值。本综述主要讨论免疫分析法和色谱分析法在1α,25-(OH)2 D3生物样品测定中的应用,重点阐述液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术在该领域的应用。

1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3(1α, 25-(OH)2 D3)is the most important metabolites of vitamin D in vivo,and has been proved to be related to the pathophysiology of various diseases. The development of a simple, highly sensitive 1α,25-(OH)2 D3 method for the determination of biological samples has high value in research and clinical application. In this review,we discuss the applications of immunoassay and chromatographic methods for the determination of 1α, 25-(OH)2 D3 biological samples and mainly illustrate the applications of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry in this field.
