催化荧光法测定富硒中药中的硒(Ⅳ)含量

目的: 建立富硒中药材中硒的测定方法。 方法: 在稀硫酸介质中,痕量硒(Ⅳ)能够催化溴酸钾氧化中性红使其发生荧光猝灭,且催化前后中性红荧光强度的变化(ΔF)与硒的含量在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系,摸索了实验条件对催化体系的影响。 结果: 方法的线性范围为12~60 μg·L-1,检出限为5.2 μg·L-1,回收率为95%~105%。 结论: 该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为中草药中痕量硒的一种快速分析方法。

Objective: To establish a new method based on fluorescence quenching for the determination of trace selenium (Se) in abundant selenium herbal drugs. Method: Trace Se (Ⅳ) could catalyze the oxidation of neutral red by potassium bromate under the condition of fluorescence quenching in the medium of dilute sulfuric acid. The values(ΔF)of fluorescence intensity before and after the catalyzation kept a good liner relationship with the concentration of Se (Ⅳ) within a certain range. The effect of the experimental conditions on catalyzation system was also studied. Result: The linear range of the method was 12-60 μg·L-1, and the detection limit was 5.2 μg·L-1. The range of recovery rate was 95%-105%. Conclusion: The method is simple, fast and accurate. As a new analytical method, it can be used to determinate trace selenium in herbal drugs rapidly.
