目的：建立测定硫酸特布他林片剂含量的高效液相色谱法。方法：选用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C8柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm） Lab Alliance C8保护柱（4.6 mm×10 mm，5 μm） 流动相：甲醇-水［10∶90（含28 mmol•L-1 磷酸二氢钾，用0.2%磷酸调 pH=4.6）］ 流速：1.0 mL•min-1 检测波长：280 nm 进量样：20 μL 柱温：室温。结果：方法的线性范围为0.5~200 μg•mL-1（r=0.9982） 最低检测限2.0 ng。回收率在98.6%~102.7%之间，RSD 在0.38%~2.4%（n=5）。结论：方法简便灵敏，结果准确可靠，可用于硫酸特布他林片剂的质量控制。

Objective:To establish HPLC method for the determination of terbutaline sulfate tablets.Method:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C8column（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（10∶90，contain 28.0 mmol•L-1potassium dihydrogen phosphate by 0.2% phosphoric acid adjust to pH 4.6），the flow rate was 1.0 mL•min-1，detection wavelength at 280 nm，the injection volume was 20 μL and external standard method.Results:The linear range of the method was 0.5-200 μg•mL-1（r=0.9982），the limit of detection was 2.0 ng，the average recovery was 98.6%-102.7%，with RSD of 0.38%-2.4%（n=5）.Conclusion:The method is simple，sensitive，accurate and can be used for the determination terbutaline sulfate tablets.
