HPLC测定牛黄消炎片中的华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基的含量

目的: 建立牛黄消炎片中华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基2个成分的HPLC含量测定方法。 方法: 采用Agilent SB C₁₈色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸二氢钾水溶液(用磷酸调pH至3.2)(37:63),柱温为40℃,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长为296 nm。 结果: 2个成分的线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD均低于3%,加样回收率分别为99.7%、99.8%。 结论: 该方法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于牛黄消炎片的质量标准提高研究。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of cinobufagin and resibufogenin in Niuhuangxiaoyan tablets. Methods: The separation was performed on Agilent SB C₁₈(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.5% monopotassium phosphate solution(the pH adjusted to 3.2 by phosphoric acid)(37: 63)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the detected wavelength was set at 296 nm,the column temperature was 40℃. Results: Both the two compounds showed good linearity in the range of the test concentration.The RSD of the precision,reproducibility and stability tests were all less than 3%,and the average recoveries were 99.7%,and 99.8% respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple,sensitive,and accurate,and it can be used for improvement of quality standard of Niuhuangxiaoyan tablets.
