快速溶剂萃取-液相色谱法测定人参药材中人参皂苷的含量

目的: 建立快速溶剂萃取(ASE)-液相色谱法测定人参药材中人参皂苷Re、Rg1、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rd。 方法: 用三氯甲烷脱脂,水饱和正丁醇提取药材中人参皂苷;采用C18柱,乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为203 nm,柱温为35℃,进行含量测定。 结果: 人参皂苷化合物响应值与进样量呈良好线性关系(r >0.999),测定精密度RSD﹤2.0%。 结论: 本法操作简便、快速,结果准确,可用于人参药材质量控制。

Objective: To establish an accelerated solvent extraction(ASE)-HPLC method to determine ginsenosides Re,Rg1,Rb1,Rc,Rb2,Rd in Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma. Methods: Trichloromethane was used to remove the lipid ingredients and water-saturated butanol solution was adopted to extract the ginsenosides.A C18 column with mobile phase of acetonitrile aqueous solution was used,and the contents of ginsenosides were determined at a wavelength of 203 nm with the column compartment set at 35℃. Results: The response factor of ginsenosides regarding to the different injections was linear,which generated a satisfactory correlation coefficient(r >0.999).The method precision showed a sound coefficient(RSD%<2.0%). Conclusion: The method is simple,fast and accurate,which is suitable for quality control of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma.
