秦皮乙素在玻碳电极上的电化学行为及其含量测定

目的: 研究秦皮乙素在玻碳电极(GCE)上的伏安行为,建立测定秦皮乙素含量的一种新的电化学分析方法。 方法: 在 pH 4.5 磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,采用循环伏安法研究秦皮乙素浓度在玻碳电极上的电化学行为,以差示脉冲伏安法对其含量进行测定。 结果: 秦皮乙素溶液在 2.0×10-7~3.2×10 -6 mol·L-1 范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为 2.6×10-8mol·L-1,相对标准偏差为 2.5%。 结论: 建立了秦皮乙素的电化学检测方法,本方法灵敏度高,重复性好,用于中药秦皮中秦皮乙素的含量测定,结果满意。

Objective: To study the voltammetric behavior of esculetine on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) and establish a novel method for esculetine determination. Methods: The electrochemical behavior of esculetine with GCE was studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in pH 4.5 phosphate buffer solution (PBS), and the content of esculetine was measured by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Results: The relationship between oxidation peak current and the concentration of esculetine was linear in the range of 2.0×10-7-3.2×10-6 mol·L-1.The detection limit was 2.6×10-8 mol·L-1,with RSD of 2.5%. Conclusion: The method is accurate,rapid and sensitive,which can be used for the determination of esculetine.
