法莫替丁原料及制剂国家标准中关键项目的制定

法莫替丁作为第三代组胺H₂受体拮抗剂,在治疗胃及十二指肠溃疡等方面有着广泛的应用。本文综述了在国家标准提高工作中,法莫替丁原料和制剂质量标准中关键性项目的制定方法和具体内容,阐述了提高法莫替丁国家标准的意义。

As the third generation histamine H₂ receptor antagonists,famotidine has been widely used in the treatment of the gastric or duodenal ulcer.The paper reviewed the development and specific content of key specification items for the national standards of famotidine and its preparations.The effect of the improvement about the national standards of famotidine is also discussed.
