目的: 用液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(LC-ESI-MS/MS),对夏天无生物碱(四氢巴马亭、盐酸巴马亭、原阿片碱、比枯枯灵)在电喷雾质谱下的裂解途径进行探讨。 方法: 正离子模式下进行检测。液相色谱条件:色谱柱为Waters X BridgeTM C18反相柱(2.1 mm×150 mm,3.5 μm),流动相为0.2%乙酸-乙腈,梯度洗脱,流速为0.25 mL·min-1。 结果: 在正离子模式下,夏天无生物碱化合物较容易失去甲醛和一氧化碳,也能够失去苯环,呈现出一定的裂解规律。 结论: 本文为夏天无生物碱的快速检测提供了一种有效的质谱方法。

Objective: To study the collision-induced dissociation fragmentation pathways of the alkaloids (tetrahydropalmatine,palmatine hydrochloride,protopine,bicuculline) in electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS/MS). Methods: The samples of alkaloids were analyzed by LC-ESI-MS/MS in positive ion mode.An Waters X BridgeTM C18 column (2.1 mm×150 mm,3.5 μm) column was adopted;The mobile phase was a mixture of 0.2% acetic acid-acetonitrile at a flow rate of 0.25 mL·min-1. Results: The alkaloids were clines to loss CH2O and CO,furthermore,the loss of benzene ring could be also observed. Conclusion: The established method by LC-ESI-MS/MS can be adopted for sensitive and rapid identification of alkaloids in the rhizome of Corydalis decumbens (Thunb.) Pers.
