RP-HPLC法测定钻山风糖浆中瓜馥木碱甲的含量

目的: 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定钻山风糖浆中瓜馥木碱甲的含量。 方法: 使用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C₁₈(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-三乙胺醋酸溶液(取三乙胺8 mL,冰醋酸30 mL,加水稀释至1000 mL)(14∶ 86),流速1.0 mL.min^-1,检测波长300 nm。 结果: 瓜馥木碱甲的进样量在0.048~1.19 μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好线性关系;瓜馥木碱甲的平均回收率(n=6)为99.8%,RSD为1.7%。 结论: 本法简便、准确,重复性好,可为钻山风糖浆的质量控制提供实验依据。

Objective: To develop RP-HPLC method for the determination of fissistigine A in Zuanshanfeng syrup. Methods: The separation was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C₁₈(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water containing 0.3% triethylamine and 3% acetic acid(14∶ 86).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,and the detecting wavelength was 300 nm. Results: The linear range of fissistigine A was 0.048-1.19 μg,and the average recovery(n=6) was 99.8%(RSD=1.7%). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used to control the quality of Zuanshanfeng syrup.
