蒙脱石散中蒙脱石的含量测定方法探讨

目的: 探讨现行的蒙脱石散的含量测定方法。 方法: 精密称取蒙脱石散,加入水30 mL,加入10%氯化钙溶液50 μL,充分振摇后,离心(3000 r·min^-1)15 min,弃去上清液,重复2次,将内容物转移至已恒重的蒸发皿中,蒸干,105 ℃干燥至恒重,计算即得供试品中含有蒙脱石的重量。 结果: 本方法较现行方法更能准确测定蒙脱石散的含量。 结论: 改进后的方法简单、准确,能控制该制剂的含量。

Objective: To discuss the present methods for determination of montmorillonite powder. Method: Weight montmorillonite powder accurately,add 30 mL water and one drop of 10% CaCl₂,shake it sufficently,then centrifugate it at 3000 r·min^-1 for 15 min,discard supernatant,repeat this operation two times,transfer the sediment to a constant weight of evaporating dish,evaporate and dry it to constant weight at 105 ℃,calculate the weight of montmorillonite powder. Result: This method can determinate the montmorillonite powder's content more accurately than the current method. Conclusion: The improved method is simple and accurate,and it can control the content of montmorillonite powder.
