目的: 建立小针剂配伍输液中细菌内毒素的含量分析方法,减少临床热原反应的发生。 方法: 采用中国药典2005年版二部动态浊度法检测混合药液中细菌内毒素的含量,并对18组临床输液残液进行检测。 结果: 混合药液经稀释后能排除干扰。 结论: 动态浊度法测定此类混合药液中细菌内毒素含量是可行的。

Objective: To establish a method for analyzing the contents of bacterial endotoxin in the compatibility of small-volume injection and infusion.The occurrence of clinical pyrogen reactions can be reduced. Methods: According to ChP.2005.VolⅡ,dynamic turbidimetric assay is adopted to test the contents of bacterial endotoxin in the combined medication as well as 18 groups of residual liquid of fluid infusion. Results: The mixed infusion had no interference on the test by diluting. Conclusion: Determination of bacterial endotoxin content of this mixture is available by dynamic turbidimetric assay.
