目的: 建立RP-HPLC测定罗布麻叶及其中成药中白麻苷、芦丁、异槲皮苷3个黄酮类成分含量的方法。 方法: 罗布麻叶和及其中成药经甲醇超声提取后,以HPLC法测定。采用Diamosil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%醋酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长360 nm,柱温为室温。 结果: 白麻苷、芦丁及异槲皮苷进样量分别在0.4~10 μg(r=0.9996)、0.01~0.25 μg(r=0.9998)及0.075~1.875 μg(r=0.9997)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率(n=5)分别为99.7%,100.8%,99.7%;RSD分别为0.9%,3.2%,2.2%。 结论: 本方法简单、快速、准确,重复性好,为罗布麻药材及其中成药的质量评价提供了可靠的参考依据。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of three flavones(baimaside,rutin,isoquercitrin) in Apocyni Veneti Folium and its Chinese traditional patent medicine. Methods: Apocyni Veneti Folium and its Chinese traditional patent medicine were extracted with methanol by ultrasound extraction;The chromatographic procedure was carried out with Diamosil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column,gradient elution with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid solution at a flow of 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 360 nm,and the column temperature was room temperature. Results: The linear ranges of baimaside,rutin and isoquercitrin were 0.4-10 μg(r=0.9996),0.01-0.25 μg(r=0.9998) and 0.075-1.875 μg(r=0.9997),respectively;The average recoveries(n=5) were 99.7%(RSD=0.9%),100.8%(RSD=3.2%)and 99.7%(RSD=2.2%),respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,which can offer credible quality control method for Apocyni Veneti Folium and its Chinese traditional patent medicine.
