目的: 建立维C银翘片挥发性成分GC-MS特征图谱。 方法: 采用HP-FFAP石英毛细管柱(30.0 m×25 mm×0.32 μm),氦气为载气,60~230 ℃程序升温;质谱检测器,扫描范围(m/z) 40~600。 结果: 分析了5个企业生产的维C银翘片挥发性成分,建立了维C银翘片挥发性成分GC-MS特征图谱,并确定了30个峰,其中乙酸、薄荷酮、薄荷脑、松油烯-4-醇、胡薄荷酮、α-松油醇为6个主要共有峰。 结论: 本方法简单、准确,为制定维C银翘片的质量标准提供了有效的方法。

Objective: To establish the GC-MS specific chromatogram of volatile oil from Wei C Yinqiao tablet. Methods: The samples were analyzed on HP-FFAP column(30.0 m×25 mm×0.32 μm) with programming temperature from 60 ℃ to 230 ℃.Helium was used as carrier gas.MS monitoring mode was used to scan the ions of m/z from 40 to 600. Results: Thirty peaks were found in the GC-MS specific chromatogram of volatile oil from Wei C Yinqiao tablet,including six main common peaks:Acetic Acid,Menthone,Menthol,terpinenol-4-ol,Pulegone and alpha-terpineol. Condusion: The method is simple,accurate,and can be used as a quality control method for Wei C Yinqiao tablet.
