目的: 研究分析不同生长期独一味中山栀苷甲酯和8-O-乙酰山栀苷甲酯含量。 方法: 采用HPLC反相色谱柱Waters Symmetry C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),梯度洗脱 90);10~30 min,乙腈-水(18∶ 82)],流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长235 nm,柱温25 ℃。 结果: 不同生长期的独一味中山栀苷甲酯和8-O-乙酰山栀苷甲酯的总含量有明显差异,从6月份到9月份呈近似于正态分布的趋势,以7月中旬到8月初期间的含量为最高。 结论: 本方法结果准确,重现性好,易于操作,可用于不同生长期独一味中山栀苷甲酯和8-O-乙酰山栀苷甲酯的含量研究。

Objective: To research the contents of shanzhiside methyl ester and 8-O-acetylshanzhiside methyl ester in Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.)Kudo with different growing periods. Methods: HPLC analysis was performed on Symmetry C18 column,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water with gradient elution 90),10-30 min,acetonitrile-water(18∶ 82)] at the flow rate of was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 235 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The total content of shanzhiside methyl ester and 8-O-acetylshanzhiside methyl ester in Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.)Kudo was gaussian distribution from June to September,and the maximum value was in between mid-july and early August. Conclusion: This method is accurate,precise,sensitive and specific to be used in the content determination of shanzhiside methyl ester and 8-O-acetylshanzhiside methyl ester content in Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.)Kudo with different growing periods.
