目的: 建立一种间接测定磺胺嘧啶含量的新方法。 方法: 在HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液条件下用过量的Cu2+溶液与磺胺嘧啶盐作用,产生沉淀,离心分离,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定上层清液中剩余的Cu2+光谱信号强度I。 结果: 空白液与上层清液Cu2+光谱信号强度之差△I与磺胺嘧啶浓度C呈良好的线性关系,工作曲线相关系数为0.9996,线性范围为 47.1~200.2 mg·L-1(r=0.9996),回收率在94.0%~99.2%之间。 结论: 本方法不使用任何有毒溶剂,快速、简便,结果准确。用该方法进行磺胺嘧啶片和磺胺嘧啶混悬液样品测定,结果满意。

Objective: To develop a new method for indirect determination of sulfadiazine. Methods: In the buffer solution of HAc-NaAc ,sulfadiazine reacted with excessive Cu2+ solution to form precipitation,centrifuged separation,and determined the intensity I of remaining Cu2+of upper clear liquid by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Results: The copper spectrum signal intensity difference △I between blank solution and the upper clear liquid with concentration of sulfadiazine showed good linear relationship,linear range of 47.1-200.2 mg·L-1(r=0.9996),the recoveries were between 94.0%-99.2%. Conclusion: This method does not use any toxic solvents and is fast,simple and accurate.The sulfadiazine tablets and suspension were determined by this method with satisfactory results.
