目的: 建立桔梗中去芹糖桔梗皂苷E和桔梗皂苷E的含量测定方法。 方法: 采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm),以乙腈–水(45∶ 55)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温为25℃,以外标法检测。 结果: 去芹糖桔梗皂苷E与桔梗皂苷E的线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为97.2%和99.4%,RSD分别为0.56%和1.2%。 结论: 本方法可用于桔梗药材中去芹糖桔梗皂苷E与桔梗皂苷E的定量分析。

Objective: To establish a method for the quantification of deapio-platycodin E and platycodin E in Platycodi Radix by HPLC. Methods: The Hypersil ODS2 chromatographic column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (45∶ 55) at 25 ℃; The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results: The method had good linear, relationship and the average recoveries (n=6) were 97.2% (RSD =0.56%) for deapio-platycodin E and 99.4% (RSD=1.2%) for platycodin E. Conclusion: This method is convenient, accurate and reliable for the quantification of deapio-platycodin E and platycodin E in Platycodi Radix.
