目的: 建立了蛋黄卵磷脂(EYPC)中微量元素含量的测定方法。 方法 :供试品经微波消解后,以铟为内标,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定。 结果 :线性范围良好(r>0.999),精密度好(RSD<5%,n=6),各元素回收率为92.9%~108.2%。 结论 :ICP-MS法检出限低,简便快捷,准确可靠,是蛋黄卵磷脂中各元素含量测定的可行方法。

Objective: To establish a method for determination of the trace elements in yolk lecithin.Method:the samples were digested by closed vesselmicrowave system and analyzed using In as an internal standard by ICP-MS. Results:the linearities were good(r>0.999),the precision of the method were good(RSD<5%,n=6).and the elements recoveries were 92.9%-108.2%.Conclusion: this method is sensitivity and accuracy. It is a feasible method for yolk lecithin.
