灯盏细辛药材HPLC指纹特征研究

目的: 建立灯盏细辛药材HPLC指纹特征研究方法。 方法: 采用Alltech C₁₈色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), 以乙腈-甲醇-0.5%甲酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱, 流速1.0 mL· min, 柱温30 ℃, 检测波长325 nm。 结果: 确定了13个共有峰的指纹特征图谱, 测定2个产地灯盏细辛药材中3个部位的样品并比较其异同, 同时对栽培品与市售药材进行测定。 结论: 为灯盏细辛药材质量控制新模式的建立提供了依据。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for studying fingerprint of Herba Erigerontis. Method: The analysis was performed on Alltech C₁₈ column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with a gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-0.5% formic acid solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was 325 nm. Results: 13 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Herba Erigerontis .The fingerprints of 3 parts of Herba Erigerontis which obtaind from 2 areas have been determinated and compared with each other,The fingerprints of cultivated Herba Erigerontis and Herba Erigerontis sold in market were also determined. Conclusion: This paper has given a good reference for developing a new mode of quality control of Herba Erigerontis.
