不同产地川泽泻中人体必需微量元素的含量分析

目的: 比较不同产区川泽泻中6种人体必需微量元素的含量差异。 方法: 采用浓硝酸-高氯酸溶解消化方法进行样品处理,用原子吸收分光光谱法测定锌、铁、锰、铜、镍、铬的含量,使用DPS6.5软件对川泽泻中微量元素之间的相关性进行分析。 结果: 川泽泻中含有较高的锰、铜、锌、铁和较少的镍和铬;含量的高低顺序为锰>铁>锌>铜>镍>铬;各产区泽泻中所含不同微量元素的高低顺序不同,差异也较大;除五通桥区的泽泻样品外,锌、铜、镍和铬的含量为老产区高于新基地;铁和锰含量为新基地高于老产区。微量元素含量间具有显著的相关性,锌与铜、镍;铜与镍;铁与锰呈极显著的正相关,铁与铬呈显著正相关,而锌与铁、锰;铜与锰;铁与镍;锰与镍呈负相关。 结论: 6种微量元素与泽泻的药效具有直接或者辅助的功效,且不同产区间含量差异较大,可为不同产区川泽泻质量评价提供理论依据。

Objective: To compare the determination of six kinds of trace elements essential to human in the Sichuan native medicinal plant A.plantago-aquatica. Methods: The contents of six trace elements(Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn,Ni and Cr)in A.plantago-aquatica were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry with the mixed acid of HNO3-HClO4 as the digesting solution,the correlation between the content of trace elements in A.plantago-aquatica from different regions were analyzed by DPS 6.5 software. Results: In A.plantago-aquatica,the contents of Mn,Cu,Zn and Fe were higher,but the contents of Ni and Cr were lower.The content sequence was Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu>Ni>Cr.The content sequence from different regions was difference.And the contents of trace elements were different among regions.Except the samples of Wu tong-qiao,the contents of Zn,Cu,Ni,Cr of A.plantago-aquatica from the authentic regions were higher;while Fe,Mn in the samples from non-authentic region were higher.There was significant correlation between different regions.The amounts between Zn and Cu,Ni were remarkably positively correlative,meanwhile Cu and Ni,Fe and Mn were both remarkably positively correlative.The amounts between Fe and Cr were positively correlative.While the amounts between Zn and Fe,Mn were negatively correlative;Meanwhile Cu and Mn,Fe and Ni,Mn and Ni were both negatively correlative. Conclusion: The results showed that these elements had some connection with the pharmacological functions of the A.plantago-aquatica.And significant differences of the contents of trace elements were shown among different regions.The results provided some theoretical basis for the quality assessent of A.plantago-aquatica.
