药用蒙脱石质量检测方法探讨

Objective: To establish an analytical method for testing the medical montmorillonite exactly. Methods: Testing the effect on montmorillonite by the impurities in water-insoluble magnesium in montmorillonite. Results: The testing results of adsorbability of montmorillonite and strychnine sulfate pentahydrate could be serious influenced by impurities in water-insoluble magnesium,but it could not be influenced by the adsorbability of methylene blue,so the methylene blue could exactly test the adsorbability of medical montmorillonite and control the quality of production. Conclusion: Existing national pharmaceutical standard method of detection of montmorillonite force poor specificity,can not effectively control the drug quality,use of methylene blue adsorption capacity of montmorillonite test better.
