草苁蓉中微量元素的形态分析

目的: 研究草苁蓉中微量元素的存在形态。 方法: 采用微波消解法处理样品,电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定草苁蓉中7种元素各形态的含量。 结果: 草苁蓉中7种元素的总提取率在24.58%~79.69%,浸留比在33.0%~434.9%,悬浮态的颗粒吸附率在4.48%~21.3%。方法的回收率在95.88%~105.92%之间,RSD≤1.98%。 结论: 草苁蓉中微量元素主要以无机态为主,多种形态共存。

Objective: Study on the speciation of trace elements in Boschniakia rossica. Method: The sample was digested using microwave digestion system,The 7 species elements were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass-spectrometry(ICP-MS). Results: The veracity of analytical results were validated with CRMs under the same conditions.The results showed extractive rates of the elements were in the range of 24.58%-79.69% and immerse-residue ratio in 33.0%-434.9%.Adsorption ratio of suspension state was in the range 4.48%-21.3%.The recoveries of the elements were ranged from 95.88%-105.92% and relative standard deviations were less than 1.98%. Conclusion: The seven elements are mainly distributed in coexist forms of inorganic and a few others various species in Boschniakia rossica.
