目的: 建立高效液相色谱法测定苦碟子中木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(L7G)含量,为苦碟子质量标准的制定提供科学依据。 方法: 采用Luna-C18色谱柱 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液(18∶ 82)为流动相,流速为0.9 mL·min-1,检测波长348 nm,柱温40 ℃。 结果: 以高效液相色谱法测定L7G的回归方程为Y=3.8956+1258.5X(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.87%,RSD=0.21%;按本文方法对18批样品进行测定,其含量范围为0.12%~0.41%。 结论: 本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用来制定L7G的可控质量标准。

Objective: To establish a method for determination of luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide (L7G) in herbs of Ixeris sonchifolia (Bge.) Hance by HPLC and provides the scientific basis for its quality control. Methods: The method was carried out by using a Luna-C18column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-4% aqueous phosphoric acid solution (18∶ 82) as a mobile phase at 40 ℃ for column temperature.The flow rate was 0.9 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 348 nm. Results: A regression equation Y=3.8956+1258.5X(r=0.9999) was obtained.The average recovery rate of L7G was 99.87% and RSD was 0.21%.The developed method was applied for determination of L7G in eighteen batches of the samples,which contents range were 0.12%-0.41%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive,simple,and good reproducibility,and can be applied to the quality control of L7G in the whole herbs of I.sonchifolia.
