毛细管电泳法测定不同产地罗布麻叶中的五种黄酮类化合物___

目的:建立毛细管区带电泳法(CZE)分离测定不同产地中药罗布麻叶中的山萘酚、白麻苷、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、异槲皮苷、槲皮素5种黄酮类成分。方法:以未涂层弹性石英毛细管柱(60.2 cm×75 µm,有效长度50 cm)为分离通道,50 mmol/L Na2B4O7 ( pH 9. 3 )为电泳缓冲溶液,分离电压20 kV,毛细管柱温25℃,检测波长340 nm。结果:罗布麻叶中山萘酚、白麻苷、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、异槲皮苷、槲皮素5种黄酮类成分在15 min内得到了良好的分离测定。结论:测定方法简便、快速、可靠,可应用于实际样品的分析测定。

Objective: To develop a CZE method for simultaneous determination of kaempferol, quercetin-3-O-β-D-glc(2→1)-β-D-glucose, kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucose, isoquercitrin and quercetin in Apocynum Venetum from different regions.Method: An uncoated fused-silica capillary (60.2 cm×75 μm,effective length 50 cm) was used. 50 mM borate buffer (pH 9.3) was used as a running buffer.The applied voltage was 20 kV. The capillary temperature was maintained at 25℃ and the detector was set at 340 nm.Results:These five flavonoids can be well-separated within 15 min.Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid with good reproducibility.It is likely to be a better way for quality control of Apocynum Venetum.
