摘要 目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定不同产地、不同种属郁李仁中苦杏仁苷含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil C18柱(5 um,250 mm × 4.6 mm);以乙腈﹣水(12 : 88, v/v)为流动相;柱温为35 ºC;检测波长210 nm;流速为1.0 mL • min-1。结果:苦杏仁苷的线性范围为5.040~80.6 ug • mL-1(r = 0.9999,n = 6);平均回收率(n = 9)为99.8%,RSD为2.3%。结论:本法简便,结果准确,重复性好,可作为测定不同种属郁李仁药材中苦杏仁苷含量的方法。

Abstract Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of Amygdalin in different species of Semen Pruni in different areas.Methods: The chromatographic method was carried out on Kromasil C18 colume (5 um, 250 mm × 4.6 mm)using acetonitrile﹣water(12 : 88, v/v)as the mobile phase; the colume temperature at 35 ºC; the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL • min-1. Results: The linear range was 5.040~80.6 ug • mL-1(r = 0.9999, n = 6)for Amygdalin.The average recoveries (n = 9) was 99.8%.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate with good reproducibility.It can be applied in quantitative of determination of Amygdalin in Semen Pruni.
