目的:建立同时测定复方磷酸可待因糖浆中盐酸去氧肾上腺素、磷酸可待因、盐酸伪麻黄碱和盐酸曲普利啶4种成分含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用HYPERSIL BDS CN柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以0.4%醋酸铵溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,用冰醋酸调节pH为7.0)-乙腈(75∶25)为流动相,流速1.0 mL•min-1,检测波长257 nm。结果:盐酸去氧肾上腺素、磷酸可待因、盐酸伪麻黄碱、盐酸曲普利啶线性范围分别为10.2~509.8,8.0~400.2,30.0~1500.4,2.6~130.0 μg•mL-1(r≥0.9998) 回收率(n=9)分别为101.4%,102.4%,100.5%,100.5%。结论:本方法操作简便快速,结果准确可靠。

Objective:To establish an HPLC method to determine simultaneously phenylephrine hydrochloride,codeine phosphate,pseudophedrine hydrochloride and triprolidine hydrochloride in compound codeine phosphate syrup.Methods:The four components were separated by HYPERSIL BDS CN column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was 0.4% ammonium acetate (containing 0.2% triethylamine,adjusted to pH 7.0 with glacial acetic acid)-acetonitrile (75∶25) at the flow rate of 1 mL•min-1and the wavelength of detection was 257 nm.Results:The linear ranges of phenylephrine hydrochloride,codeine phosphate,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,and triprolidine hydrochloride were 10.2-509.8,8.0-400.2,30.0-1500.4,2.6-130.0 μg•mL-1(r≥0.9998),respectively;The recoveries(n=9) of four components were 101.4%,102.4%,100.5% and 100.5%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and reliable.
