用高效液相色谱法测定了含服替硝唑含片后人唾液中替硝唑含量，用高氯酸沉淀蛋白质后，直接在ODS柱上测定，紫外检测波长317nm，流动相为甲醇—水—冰醋酸(25∶75∶0.1)，方法回收率在99％以上，最小检测限为0.10mg/L；该方法简便、快速、准确。
