本文采用HPLC法，用茴香醛作内标，测定中成药大活络丸中微量麻黄碱，方法采用蒸馏接收麻黄碱并定量氧化生成苯甲醛,因而具有高的检测灵敏度和适合多种含麻黄碱制剂的含量测定。在1～5μg/ml的浓度范围具有良好的线性关系，r=0.9995，平均回收率(n=5)99.4％。RSD=1.5％。
