中药金樱子不同溶剂萃取物抗病毒活性分析

目的：研究中药金樱子不同溶剂萃取物抗病毒活性。方法：采用体外抗病毒实验法，结合细胞病变法（CPE）及Cell Counting Kit-8试剂盒（CCK-8 kit），以治疗指数（TI）为研究指标，以利巴韦林、阿昔洛韦为阳性对照药，研究金樱子不同溶剂萃取物对呼吸道合胞病毒（RSV）、单纯疱疹病毒（HSV-1）、柯萨奇病毒（COX-B5）、手足口病病毒（EV71）的直接杀灭、预防和对病毒穿入后的抑制作用。结果：乙酸乙酯溶剂萃取物对RSV直接杀灭作用较好，其TI值为19.333，与阳性对照药利巴韦林（TI值为19.760）效果相差不大；正丁醇溶剂萃取物对COX-B5有直接杀灭作用，其TI值为16.622，阳性对照药利巴韦林TI值为17.562；醇提取物对HSV-1效果最好，其TI值为18.922，阳性对照药阿昔洛韦TI值为23.742。结论：金樱子发挥抗RSV作用主要是乙酸乙酯溶剂萃取物，抗COX-B5作用主要是正丁醇溶剂萃取物。

Objective: To investigate the antiviral activity of different solvent extractions of Rosa laevigata Michx.Methods: Using therapeutic index(TI) as the index and ribavirin and acyclovir as the positive control,the directly killing,prevention and inhibition effects on various virus(RSV,HSV-1,COX-B5,EV71) of the extractions were studied by in vitro antiviral experiment including cytopathic effect(CPE) and Cell Counting K value it-8(CCK-8 kit).Results: Ethyl acetate extract showed good direct killing effect on RSV with TI value of 19.333,which was close to that of the ribavirin positive control(19.760).N-butanol extract showed direct killing effect on COX-B5 with TI value of 16.622,which was close to that of the ribavirin positive control(17.562).Alcohol extract showed best effect on HSV-1 with TI value of 18.922,which was close to that of the acyclovir positive control(23.742).Conclusion: The ethyl acetate extract and the n-butanol extract played adominant role in anti-RSV effect and the anti-COX-B5 effect of Rosa laevigata Michx.,respectively.
