目的：重新建立斑蝥素乳膏含量测定方法。方法：利用斑蝥素的溶解性，采用热碱溶解、冷却与基质分离，酸化后氯仿提取，再用部颁标准上的气相色谱条件，测定斑蝥素乳膏中斑蝥素的含量。结果：回收率为100.4%，RSD=1.9%。结论：方法准确、快速，可完全除去基质干扰。
