药用蒙脱石中矿物纤维的检测

目的：检测药用蒙脱石及其制剂中微量矿物纤维。 方法：取蒙脱石试样，制备矿物纤维富集物，用X射线衍射法(XRD法)检查矿物纤维富集物中是否存在可成纤维矿物，然后进一步用偏光显微镜确认可成纤维矿物是否呈纤维状。 结果：1/3的样品检测出有害矿物纤维。 结论：蒙脱石及其制剂有必要建立有害纤维矿物检测标准。

Objective: To detect mineral fibers in medicinal montmorillonite and its preparation. Methods: The test samples of medicinal montmorillonite were collected to prepare enriched mineral fibers;the X-ray diffractometry(XRD)was used to check whether there were fibroblastic minerals in the enriched mineral fibers,and the polarizing microscope(PLM)was used to confirm their fibrous formation. Results: The harmful mineral fibers were detected in a third of the samples. Conclusion :It is necessary to establish harmful mineral fiber testing standards for montmorillonite and its preparation.
