目的: 建立灯盏花滴丸中乙醇、正丁醇残留量的测定方法。 方法: 采用DB-624毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,1.80 μm),载气为氮气,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温90 ℃;顶空进样,进样口温度200 ℃;氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),检测器温度250 ℃。 结果: 乙醇和正丁醇线性范围分别为0.0201~1.0067 mg·mL-1(r=0.9998)和0.0200~1.0020 mg·mL-1(r=0.9998),平均回收率(n=9)分别为101.1%和105.1%。 结论: 该方法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,结果准确,适合灯盏花滴丸中有机溶剂残留量的测定。

Objective: To establish a headspace GC method for the determination of residual ethanol and n-butanol in Dengzhanhua dropping pills. Methods: DB-624 column (30 m×0.32 mm, 1.80 μm) was adopted, with nitrogen as a carrier gas and FID as a detector. The column temperature was 90 ℃. The injecting port temperature was 200 ℃, and the detector temperature was 250 ℃. Results: The calibration curve showed a good linearity with the ranges of 0.0201-1.0067 mg·mL-1 for ethanol(r=0.9998),and 0.0200-1.0020 mg·mL-1 for n-butanol (r=0.9998). The average recoveries(n=9) of ethanol and n-butanol were 101.1% and 105.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, reproducible, and accurate for the determination of residual ethanol and n-butanol in Dengzhanhua dropping pills.
